Yoga, mindfulness and creativity is physically, mentally and emotionally beneficial for the whole family, helping children, teens and grown ups put aside worries, schedules and conflict and find happiness, together in the moment. 

Family sessions are designed to develop inner strength, balance and flexibility in all ages and abilities.  We encourage physical interaction, trust and bonding between parents, children and siblings in a calm, creative space. 

Classes can focus on mindfulness, energetic and trust games, nature themes, creative arts acrobatics or restorative yoga with music and visualisations, depending on age, from babies and toddlers to teens.
